Refund policy

We want you to love every part of your Kismetic Studios purchase! 

Due to the challenges of being a small, independent business, we cannot currently offer returns. However, you're very welcome to bring in any item in its new, original condition (un-washed, un-worn, all tags attached) within 14 days of purchase* for an exchange or store credit.

If something arrives to you damaged, or if you're not local and need to exchange via mail, please email gigi [at] kismeticstudios.com. 

Anything purchased at a discounted price is final sale.

*Extended holiday return policy: purchases made in December may be exchanged through January 15.
