Aster + Indigo Candle Co. was founded in 2021 by mother-daughter team Lauren Wyant + Becky Janssen. They're longtime candle lovers who wanted to craft a product that's clean burning, aesthetically pleasing, and allows them a creative outlet . Each candle is made in their hometown of Colfax, Illinois (population 996!), and small-town pride is at the heart of everything they do.

Why We Love This
Aster + Indigo candles were a Grasshopper Goods fave, and I'm excited to bring them back! It's not super easy to find a large, 100% soy candle at this price point, so I'm glad to have (re)discovered one made in the Midwest. --Gigi
