Edie's Norwegian Star Mug Rugs / Coasters

It doesn't get more "locally made" than "made upstairs"! Edie Raether, my friend and upstairs neighbor, is a master quilter. We joke all the time about how kismetic (ha!! Get it!?!) it is that two fiber artists have ended up sharing the building together.

To celebrate her first Syttende Mai living on Main Street, she's crafted these adorable "mug rugs" (aka coasters) in Norwegian flag colors. Pair with a bag of your favorite coffee or tea for a unique, handmade, and affordable gift. You could also easily string a thread through the star and use it as a cute wall decoration.
