Embroidery Art by Kari - Colorful Squares (3.5" Diameter)

Kari Kamin Schreiner is a Stoughton-based visual artist working in beautiful, extremely intricate hand embroidery. You might have seen her in Overt Space or Sun & Lace down the street - she's also talented at helping other creatives bring their visions to life! Kari just welcomed a baby girl this year, and, lucky for me, brings her to visit the shop often.

Kari is a friend of mine and one of the best humans I know -- it might just be me, but I feel like these embroidered works glow with the care and love she puts into them. I love giving small-scale art as a gift, because it's easy for the recipient to find someplace to put it. Kari's embroideries would make a special gift indeed! --Gigi
